Featuring two galactagogues (fennel and fenugreek), which work together synergistically to promote milk supply and oatstraw to provide robust nervous system support, this formula was specifically created in collaboration with Milky Oat to nourish and fortify mothers, especially with the omega 3-replenishing carrier oil of pasture-raised ghee. However, the benefits of warming digestive support, mineral richness, nervous system soothing, and oxidative support make this a wonderful and replenishing blend for almost everyone.

Shelf life: consume within 3 months of opening and store in a cool, dark area; refrigeration is not necessary but does extend the expiration date by 3 months!
Allergen information: Contains dairy. However, the traditional process of making ghee (extra clarified butter) entails heating butter so that the milk solids (lactose + casein) are not just separated, but caramelized and removed. Many people who are otherwise dairy-free find solace in ghee. People with Celiacs disease may not tolerate Oatstraw well.
