One Hack for Better Rice

Golden Ghee! This versatile blend adds a bright pop of color and imparts a creaminess that will truly elevate this staple grain to a dreamy side dish.
Ingredients:
⋒ 2 C rice
⋒ 3 C water
⋒ 2 tbsp golden ghee
⋒ 3 C water
⋒ 2 tbsp golden ghee
Preparation Method:
⋒ Rinse your rice in a colander or sieve until the water filtering out runs clear
⋒ Add the rice, ghee, and water to a medium-sized pot, cover
⋒ Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes
⋒ Optional - top with chopped herbs of choice (here we have fennel fronds, and dill works exceptionally well, too!) and a sprinkle of your favorite salt
