Directions for use : For best results, plop the entire inner pouch into the bathtub as the water starts to fill. The salts will dissolve and the powdered herbs will remain contained in the pouch. As you soak, squeeze the pouch into the bath to release more of the ghee and/or rub it into your body for maximum penetration.
